5G RF Amplifier Module Power Amplifier Product Description
An RF power amplifier (RF PA) is a key part of any RF transmitter line up with size, efficiency, and overall performance being important factors.
This is a three-stage high-gain and high-efficiency RF power amplifier. The device is ideally suited for use in 5G frequency bands from 3400MHz to 3600MHz RF amplifier modules.
The first and second stages of the amplifier operate in a class-A and class-AB mode respectively, and the third stage operates in a class-C mode for maximum efficiency.
The input and output-matched circuits are implemented via external components and therefore can be adjusted to obtain maximum power and efficiency at the desired operating frequency.
